Speedmaster Chrono Question

Hope everyone is well!

Would love some feedback on a small issue I noticed on my speedmaster and not sure if it’s normal.

When I change the time on the watch I notice the chrono hour hands moves slightly forward as well. I only ever change the time by moving the hands clockwise, never anti-clockwise.
I run the chrono for a few seconds then reset, the hour hand resets back into the correct position, no misalignment.

A while back I drop the watch maybe 30cm onto a carpet and noticed the chrono hour hand had moved forward slightly to the 1 hour mark.
Not sure if it’s all related?

The watch keeps great time, chrono works great and resets perfectly aligned after use.

Interested to hear your thoughts about the chrono hour hand moving when I set the time.

I feel it needs the attention of a watchmaker. If under warranty, please visit Omega. If it is more than 5 years old watch, it needs service now.
