·What about my 135.020 SP . Omega De Ville . That hasn't got any pushers ? I thought it mean stainless plated ? . But that doesn't work on the 145.012 SP

Just to add another data point here, I looked up the 145012 and SP versions on the Extranet just to see what differences there are currently (I know this is possibly quite different from what they were originally).
Right now the case back seal, crystal, and pusher part numbers are all the same between the 145012 and 145012SP. The only differences for water resistant parts are the case tube and crown.
145012:
Case tube - 090ST0017
Crown - 069ST43018
145012SP:
Case tube - 090ST0005
Crown - 069ST43069

·I already asked this question few years ago to a well know and famous book author about speedy, and i think the answer was SP = Special band That was for speedy sold on leather or non-metal band.... but i am not really sure about his answer...should ask him again 😀

Keep in mind Omega has added an extra "0" to the case number for the 321, so a 145012 is actually a 1450012 in the modern case number language - the complete case number is actually 055ST1450012. To make this even more confusing, the 861 case number is 1450122.
I don't know where you are looking up part numbers and case references, but even if that resource has these subtle changes included, you still have to know about them to get things straight. It can be confusing.

As has already been stated in this thread, the letter code that indicates case material is before the numbers, not after.
If yours is yellow gold capped, it would be a 055CD135020 - CD is the case material code. There is an "SP" version of all the case materials for this case, so there is an 055CD135020SP as well. The other case materials also come in the SP and non-SP versions, so for the pink gold capped (code CE), the stainless version (code ST), the 3N coloured 18k yellow gold version (code BB), and the 2N coloured yellow gold case (code BA).
The chart that has been posted and now reposted says what SP stands for - Special. It's not necessarily related to pushers IMO since many watches without pushers also have this code as you point out.
