It looks like the same watch & caseback to me.
It's hard to tell because the first picture is very blurry and both pictures are taken from slightly different angles in different lighting conditions which might show the wear differently in each one.

Thank you for showing the stunning piece. My watch was produced only 10 days defore yours. And delivered was it to Iran.
Could it be possible that this is the production date of the movement only and that this has been cased later?
I have reached out to the pre-owner of my watch who had this watch for over 30 years and got it from the first owner.
At least in the past 30 years nothing has been changed. The last two services have been 1999 and 2018.
When I purchased the watch I got the service documents from Swatch Group Germany and an independent watch maker.
I have also received some old parts that have been changed; crowns, pushers, gaskets, crystal.
