SMP 300 Clasp button stuck

Got it. My AD didn’t come through to me, was going to replace the clasp and then ghosted me. Haven’t reached out to Omega yet, I keep hearing they will me to send the entire watch in for the clasp, so I’ve been dealing with it. And wearing my rubber strap more as it’s summer where I am.

Yeah I had to send in the whole watch. Took about 2 months but this was at the height of covid last year.

This is a known issue, you may need a new clasp. Your AD should take care of it for you.

Curious what brand of oil you used; anyone who tried it see it stop working ?
