The watch on the right is related to the Omega Marine Standard (pdf article by David Boettcher at the link). The case itself is perhaps considered the second generation of waterproof cases produced for a rectangular watch, here developed by Frédéric Baumgartner of Geneva, who also went on to produce watch cases for Patek among others. The case uses a clip-back design to clamp an inner case and outer case together with a gasket in between.

Nice thread👍 Been collecting small radium watches for a while, here is my latest
find. 30mm Parker, all radium down to the sweep second.

About 31mm without crown, work in progress as the crystal was chipped.
