My older sister sent me this watch in the mail ! It is a friend of hers that he got when he graduated college. Was redialed,
what did the dial look like originally like ?
The movement is a microrotor I think ?

Somebody got their money's worth out of that watch. Very well-loved. :)

From the outside, the case looks to be US-market.
So if it is a microtor inside it will probably be a low-jeweled (17) version, i.e. 215-07, 215-97, or 218-97.
Re-dialers generally repaint in a very similar style to what was already on there, so my guess is it was probably a 4-segment soleil dial. e.g:

The redialer probably tried to replicate the effect with... crayons... or eyeliner... or something.
