Finally Caught a UG Compax Nina

This watch is another elusive one and has managed to elude me for sometime but as luck would have it, someone offered this beautiful UG Compax panda to my dealer who wasted no time informing me about it. However, the seller was asking for the moon so i asked collector friends from here and abroad what would be a fair price considering the condition of the watch itself. I stuck to a figure and did not budge. After 2 weeks of waiting and hoping, the seller accepted my offer. I got to see the watch for the first time today and i was not disappointed. The case is sharp, the bezel is near perfect, the dial is very clean and the GF bracelet is tight. Another superb addition to my collection.

The size of the watch is perfect and the GF bracelet is very comfortable to wear. Everything about this UG is classic elegance.

Last time I did a class picture of my watches was 5 years ago. The whole king size bed was covered with watch boxes😀. Maybe I will do an updated class picture soon. Problem is I have to get a lot of watches out of the bank aside from what I have at home.

I think i like the nina better than my tri compax watches. Simple elegance.
