CONGRATS @watchme !!!!!!!! What boutique was this at ?? Looks like I need to start robo dialing my local boutique (San Diego) 😁

Yeah I'm in San Diego too and I talked to both the San Diego and the Costa Mesa boutique in the last months.....they wouldn't put me on any kind of list etc....said it's impossible basically unless I was in since April/May. Oh well.....not a killer since I'm picking up other watches but wow. That looks like a great speedy.

@sensui I'm confident several Snoopies will be posted in the private watch sales section over the next 60 days. You'll have your chance at a Snoopy if you really want one. [insert throwing money smily]

edit: btw, there are several of us on the forum that live in San Diego. @Taddyangle , @Omegawd to name a couple.

Thanks, but this is the one watch where I know I shouldn't pick up (picking up 3 other Omegas already in my plans in the next couple months along with the GSOTM I just bought) unless it's strictly via a boutique to build a relation. The wife is already on the "what the hell are you doing" rant everyday but you know.....women will never understand passion for hobbies lol. So I'll see if either of them gets back to me. Otherwise.....can't wait to see what they come up with 50th anniversary!

Nice to see other San Diego guys here!

"My" boutique is located in Hamburg, Germany. Fantastic staff over there. They asked/forced me to pick Snoopy up quickly. They were not allowed to put it in hold. No deposit was allowed.

Just looking at my standard Moonwatch at normal wrist distance, the sub dials really are very small so that little Snoopy and the "WHAT COULD YOU DO....." script will be very unobtrusive.
Looking forward to getting mine.

This is the kind of watch I'd want to see in person and try on before buying - I'm not yet in the right income bracket to make a mistake on a new watch! 😉
Sure, they may sell for a premium for the next few months but still...

After reviewing a sample piece in the flesh at the OB all the chatter and annoyances regarding the "14 second" and Snoopy text were rendered moot. You really don't notice them unless you're looking specifically for the text, and the other design elements of the dial and bezel are the ones that stand out and grab your attention.
The piece really needs to be seen and held in person for a full appraisal. The Silver Snoopy looks very good on the screen, it's incredible in the metal.

Right now I am waiting for my train home. Rather risky to put Snoopy on the table. He might run away with an a......es help!

NYC boutique had at least one today, confirmed first in USA. I've been told mine is "allocated" and on the way, possibly Friday, maybe early next week. Patience really isn't my thing.

Can vouch for those guys, I was in Hamburg in May last year and the staff was top! Bought a couple of straps off them.

That's a pity. Now he is at Bucherer around the corner! Still in reach

Still in the industry, maybe Omega will tempt him back one day. The Bucherer place was nice too but the Omega boutique was the most memorable. They even took me downstairs to have a look at some of their older watches.
