Same. With some patience you can actually get one for 1/10 the limit of this post. Found this one for $250, but then had it serviced.

Looks very nice in your live pics and esp. on the blue strap. Still, like the Gulf it's something I don't think I could see myself wearing. Instead I'll just enjoy the photos!

Since no one else included it I’ll add this to the mix. Okay, not a true GMT but does give ability for a second time zone and I can pretty much keep up with AM v PM on my own. The other plus is at under $200 it is one I don’t mind taking to slightly risky locations in C. & S. America (or Oakland for that matter...)

This is the reason I dont really need a GMT (even though I have owned them and in the future a MasterII GMT is on my list) If you have a jumping hour hand, isn't it easy enough to just jump the hour hand back and forth a few clicks to make up for the time change? Then again I never need to know what time it is elsewhere unless I'm actually there, so my mileage may vary.

If you're asking about the Aquadive, MSRP is $1895 but the preorder price was $1395. It's running about 6 sec/day fast, which I'll leave for now.

Yes, drop.com Glycine Pepsi GMT, or "Soda" as they call it to avoid licensing issues.

The 3-hand version I ordered in June arrived in time for my daughter's boyfriend as a Christmas gift (#431/500). It arrived running an average of +9 sec/day (+45 sec in 5 days). If I had left it alone, the positive was that it would lose about 2 sec/day when crown-up, so her BF could have just placed it crown-up on the night stand overnight to help. He's not a watch guy, and might have rejected a 9 sec/day gain, I don't know and didn't want to find out.

So, my watchmaker regulated it Monday and it only gained a total of 1.1 seconds in the next 47.5 hours up to Christmas day (and he dry and wet pressure tested it). That was a gain of only 0.56 sec/day average over 2 days! I checked it the first 29 hours and it was running -0.2 sec/day, and through the rest of the day before Xmas it was closer to +1.8 sec/day.

If you’re only hopping a couple of timezones and/or don’t ever need to speak to people in others, then either a jumping hour hand or rotating 12H bezel should work. But if you’re sent on business to another continent and want to keep track of what time it is for your friends and family back home so you can still speak to them, the GMT function is actually really useful. Or if your team is based on another continent and you want an easy reference to what time it is for them etc

My vote is to the Zodiac Aerospace GMT Gulf because it's fun, original, and reliable.
