advice welcome what to do with the watch face to make it beautiful again, or better leave it alone that way?

what could happen to the dial if i sent to omega for service? any chance that they can mysteriously find a replacement service dial or will outright refuse to service?

Well, your concern might have been better place at the beginning of your process of buying this watch with this dial.😀

But that would be mean to say at this point

Doing something will make it worse and sending would cost an arm, and then, what do you have? a redial.

Enjoy for what it is, which is not bad(but not good either) and learn the lesson.

Go back and look at my first dome dial(cal 354), I call it my Big Dipper Constellation.

what are those damages by the way? oxidation / mold / water/ UV/ clear coat or under paint or metal plate, just curiousl
they are randomly scattered, as stars in the sky and constellation 😁
