Sale still on 20% off the everyday price, Just ordered the Black Planet Ocean with the Milstar card for additional 10% off

Decided not to wait for a potential 25% black Friday sale. With my typical luck there would be a great sale but the watch i want would be out of stock.
Should be $4126.50 all in.

This is my 1st Omega and I'm pretty excited!!!

Had to call to verify additional information with the risk people, and that didn't go so well but eventually got it straightened out, hopefully. Status went from "Processing" to "Sent to fulfiller" so seems to be on track.

Anyone have any idea on the typical timeframe? Risk assessment guy said sometimes the orders are cancelled by the fulfiller if they are out of stock. Said if I haven't heard anything by next Wed. to call customer service.

Ugh. I had an issue with the risk folks. I couldn't get my card to work on line and missed a sale. Phone calls after the sale got me to the risk folks. Something to do with my address. They fixed it and honored the sales price afterwards. They told me to take a screen shot of the order in case it didn't go through. I called later and sent them the screenshot of the price in my cart and they honored it. Similar thing, it just kept processing but nothing happened.

My memory is faulty and I don't recall all the details, which are likely not the same as yours. But if it's any encouragement, the customer service folks seem to be understanding. If you got past processing, that's a good sign.

Fingers crossed.

Arrived early!!!!

Its amazing.

It was separate from the presentation box in plastic bubble wrapped up with the cards. The manual was also wrapped up separately.

warranty card has no date and no jeweler listed. Will this be an issue? I also have the order sheet from the Customer Service center in Secaucus.

thanks

I wrote Omega customer service about the blank warranty card. They said keep the receipt. AAFES is considered an AD and you should not have an issue with the warranty.

I asked AAFES if they could date the cards and they had no idea what I was talking about.

You should be good, with full warranty.

Picture time.

Just keep whatever receipt or documentation that shows the sale date and you'll be fine.

This all happened so fast.

Was expecting delivery Monday. But FedEx showed up this afternoon.

New watch day here. Wife picked up an Apple watch Ultra earlier in the day. I’m not a smartwatch guy but the ultra is pretty cool, titanium case and added ruggedness.

Removed 1 link from each side and that seems about perfect.

This is my 1st “luxury” watch and I couldn’t be happier.

I have not seen all Omega's disappear but I have seen references disappear. They have a limited supply and have sold out of dial colors, even Speedmasters. My guess is that they are checking what they can still get compared to the recent sale.

It's just a guess.

I think it is telling that they pulled all of the omegas in stock from the website. As in if you click a link to a Omega that was being sold/instock the page does not load . Though if you click any link to an Omega that was already out of stock, it loads the page just fine and just shows there are 0 in stock.

Given those reasons I would guesstimate they are updating the website and inventory. Makes me think also perhaps they are adding new Omegas, we shall see.
