Military credit card offer. Doesn't say it excludes Omega.

Only first time purchases; they had a jewelry sale recently but in the fine print it noted "excludes Omega watches."
Haven't seen them go on sale yet since being back in stock.

Yes, first time purchases.

But you can use it more than once. Get your card during the 15% discount (normally 10%), buy a watch with the card. Pay off the card and then cancel the card. Wait six months and reapply. They will give you another first time purchase discount. I've done this after calling customer service, who told me about the waiting period. Granted, it can take some waiting if you already have a card.

It's possible it excludes Omega watches, but I looked for that exclusion in the fine print and did not see it this time. For anyone who is eligible and considering it, calling and asking customer service is a good idea. If it doesn't exclude Omega, you just need to get the card during the promotion, you don't need to make a purchase during the promotion period ( at least, you didn't when I used it.) You can wait to use the card for whenever the timing is best for you, as long as it's the first time.

They also have Longines and Oris.

For purposes of maintaining a stellar credit score, I personally won’t do that. The holidays usually invoke a pretty drastic discount, when I bought mine a few years ago it was about 40% off.

The price on the Hesalite Speedmaster isn't terrible given the current price increases. Still expensive but I'd consider it much more readily at that price.

There are some decent sales on watches right now. Here are a few examples:

The 2 Aquaterras and that Racing Speedmaster are down another 10%. They were all 19% off yesterday now 29%. I’d say if you are on the fence on those pull the trigger.

Good deals!!
Will never be as good as my first few 1861s that were gotten for just over $3k each; the 3861s aren't even on sale for some reason this go around.

I wish we had an insider so we’d know what might be coming up on sale. I’m holding out for the Hesalite moonwatch but that Speedmaster Racing is a good deal. Wish it was on the bracelet.

Better price for a 3861 hesalite by the folks in the Watches for Sale thread here than AAFES.

New, AD, and 29% off (potentially)?

Almost pulled the trigger on a NIB 3861 SS several months ago for mid $5s--yes, better than $7600 on aafes.
Some reputable dealers that have some great prices on some NIB or just off the lot / gently used stuff if you're ok with wire transfer as opposed to credit card.

thinking about pulling the trigger on the racing Speedmaster. Only 24% off today rather than 29% yesterday. Not sure if I should wait for cyber Monday to see if the hesalite moonwatch is on sale or if the racing goes back to 29%

What bracelet is correct for the Racing?

thanks

That's not a new watch, it's pre-owned in excellent condition, but pricing seems reasonable. I've dealt with @mdgrwl in the past, bought a pre-owned ST1 from him three years ago. Solid seller, absolutely no problems. He has some new Speedmasters for sale, fully stickered for 15% to 20% off MSRP if one wants to have a new watch.
