I got a new Seiko kinetic GMT its a very busy watch tried to read manual got my balls stuck in tree

I see what you mean.
I initially read the time as nineteen past one and only after reading your post noticed it actually reads nineteen past three.
Really nice watch but I can see that you'll need to check the time rather than just glance at it 😀

Here is my Seiko Quartz 7548 diver I got when in the US Navy used it for 20 years while in the Navy it took a beating and kept on ticking. It was really beat up after over 30 years worth of use got it in the early 1980's so had Jack at IWW fix it up now good for another 30 years. I guess you can say this is the watch I have owned the longest.


On the wrist when in the US Navy.

Yes that's a PBR patrol boat river we also had MATC mini armored troop carrier the photo was taken on the Mobil river in Alabama did our two weeks of training. Was in SBU XI on the west coast we flew down and we borrowed 4 boat's from SBU 22 out of New Orleans and went through the locks of the Mississippi into the gulf of Mexico and navigated up to the Mobil river with one stop for fuel and did war game's on the Mobil river. SBU 22 gave us there worst boats one of the engines on one of the PBR's blew a engine we towed that boat to a Coast Guard station and SBU 22 sent us a engine and we changed it out and none of us were engineman that's what I call real training.

Just flew through Singapore airport yesterday. Plenty of Seiko retailers with some cool PADI versions and a special edition air diver 200m 4r36 with green dial only available in South Asia. Nice watch bit too big for me even in black but the green was pretty intense!
