    does any one else think some of Seikos watches are extremely overbuilt and lack refinement?

    1994 July I think.......correct me if I'm wrong guys but these were produced late 80's early 90's.

    Yes, sure but you could level that at any Swiss manufacturer as well, everyone produces some fantastic wheat but there's a lot of chaff there too. Seiko covers a much broader base than any other manufacturer - styles, movements, cost etc. Not very well expressed by me after 3 pints I know.....

    Just acquired a Strapcode Jubilee. It's an nice option for this watch, and its well made at a reasonable price.

    Dressed up the skx7 recently and already had more people commenting and asking about it in the few days than the months previous and the 8-9 months with my speedy haha.
    Very happy with the bracelet, nice quality. Clasp is not greatest so will look for a nice one to swap at later stage. Did some self brushing also with 300grit sandpaper after work last week.

    if only they had a 3 oclock crown, i had to let my skx007 and skx013 cause I just couldnt deal with that
