I've just opened a new can of worms on myself by picking this up at auction...

Beautiful! Look at that! I'm searching for one too, I missed out on a great one Smitty had a few weeks ago......it went on a flash. In great condition like this no wonder they're so popular!

Thanks - I'd never set eyes on one until I picked it up from the auction house. I paid more than I had expected, and a good bit more than Smitty sold his, but seeing what good ones can fetch on Ebay made me comfortable that it wasn't stupidly over 馃榾

It wears beautifully on the wrist - after the Pogue, it's my fave Seiko.

An Olongapo with a deployant clasp?

Cool! I'd like to see some good close-ups of that one.

I have a NATO on the 6105 now I will take a few photo's when I can photobucket got them now so got to do new ones. The bracelet it has crossed anchors my rate Boatswain Mate on one side and NEC 9533 for combatant craft crewmember qualified pin on the other and had my name engraved with rank and when I went into the Navy and retired from it on the inside.

I acquire a Seiko, I give it to our son. He deserves them! A number of years ago, I was keeping junker watches running for him, but he kept wrecking them! So I gave him a watch he couldn't wreck..........................or so I thought. It was a Rolex Air-King. I took it back after six months. He broke the stem, crystal, rotor post, and bracelet. I rescued it. Now he wears Seikos and T_ _ _ x!
He must be trying to break the Rolex to get back at you..馃
Today's kids think watches are so yesterday

Here is my 7002-7000 that I bought few weeks ago. It's not fully original but it is great, keeps time. It is bulletproof.
Does someone knows where I can check how old is it? e17186fecff392d28e0c9baf8ed26fda.jpg f0d7b0f110fae12cf396795f2e8ada66.jpg
