Original Vintage Seiko 7002-700A “Pepsi” 150m Sport Diver, “Fourth Diver” 1991 reduced $400 All original example of 7002-700A Pepsi Diver, the transitional watch between the 6309 Turtle which ended in 1988, and the SKX line in 1997. The 7002 was another workhorse toolwatch movement with improvements from the 6309. It is in used but very good overall condition. It is all original and running great. The watch looks hardly worn. This is the nicest one of these 700A Pepsi ref that I have seen. I doubt that this one saw the water. Dial: Dark navy blue, excellent condition with rectangular hour markers and opposing triangular marker at 12. The lume used was promethium which ages to a silver green patina typical for this reference, All text is clear and correct,. Dial markings are correct. Date window at 3:00 Hands: Original polished steel hands with intact original lume. The lume used on the hands is a different than promethium on plots, and tends to appear more white/green in sunlight, typical for this reference. All original. Movement: 17J 7002 movement, service history unknown, keeping good vintage time, all functions working as they should. Quickset working. Beats at 21,600 bph, winds auto only, no hacking. I have not opened watch as case is very tight. Case: 42 mm diameter, 44.5 lug to lug, thickness 13 mm, lug width 22 mm. Unpolished stainless steel case in very good condition, little wear from use. 1 ding visible Right upper lug only. Original bevels and finishes present. Cade caseback no evidence of polishing. Few superficial scratches. Text and Tsunami logo excellent. Serial number: 181420 indicating delivery date August 1991. Bezel: Pepsi bezel is excellent. Rotates bidirectionally with smooth spring mechanism as it should. Minimal wear. All original. Crown: Located 4:00 with crown guard case, Original, in good condition, Screws down tightly as it should. Bracelet: Replaced rubber Seiko DALOBP rubber, good. Also including grey-blue Nato style strap shown in some of pictures. Crystal: Mineral glass, no visible scratches or marks in good condition.
