·Hello,
I am new in the forum and I was hoping I could get some advice on a current predicament Im in.
in 2016 I bought from a well known retailer a Pre-moon Ed White 1964, in stunning shape, beautiful dial, very good hands and overall in excellent condition (running of course). However, I did not notice, nor I new enough about the bezel fever at the time. Sadly, the bezel is not a DON90, and it seems to have been replaced with bezel fitted from mid 145.002-69 until 145.002-78 (7 on the 70 with a serif).
In this scenario, what should I do? It it worth it to try to purchase (and disclaim if selling) a super expensive DON90 bezel? What would the value of a watch in its current condition? And a a collector what would be the best way to go about this?
All info and advice is welcome.
