·I have no connection the watch other than admiring it but I noticed the seller dropped the price by $1000 and it keeps going unsold on ebay for $3750

·That’s a concern. Should not be that low.
It looks legit to me, just some condition issues (e.g. two-tone minute hand lume) and blurry photos. Still, if the seller had done a better job listing it and started the bidding low, the auction might have gathered some momentum and the watch might have made $4k IMO. At this point, the listing is stale.
