Stumbled across this watch and decided to investigate a bit. There is nothing I can find for the Miland Watch brand. It is cased in a Super Squale 1157. Then I finally got a Google hit… a separate listing on eBay. These appear to be the same watch. Vastly different price. Scam?

The BIN listing has sold already. The auction is still up.

It is common to see the same watch posted by multiple sellers in Japan, but I had not seen it in the U.S.

I know nothing about the watch by the way.

It’d be a weird scam for such a low value watch. I suspect the seller is the same, just selling through the US an and AT EBay sites using different names to get more exposure.

I had a similar example for a C-Case constellayion for sale from Japan, same pictures, 2 different eBay sellers and 2 different prices. I try to find and post them

As others have noted, it's very common for multiple dealers in Japan to list the same watch for sale, often with different asking prices. The reason for this is that often the watch is in the possession of a third party (often a pawn broker) and has to be procured by the dealer before it can actually be sold.
