Looks good in this video:
Yeah, that video let's the watch shine. All three look great. Really makes the current PO look dated by comparison.

The lugs and bracelet integration are the only things I don't like. Too squared off for me.

can the center links be inverted?, seems are brushed on the inside face...I know this could be a silly question...sorry...

I mean, look at this thing. (Image courtesy of Hodinkee.) Phenomenal, IMO.

Way more attractive than the 126619 Submariner, and a quarter the going price. Will be curious to know if any existing Omega bracelet without PCLs will fit---otherwise would need to pay have them properly brushed. But once done, pretty hard to beat.

Well, it's 21 mm bracelet, I would be curious to see if the second gen Heritage bracelet fits. The issue is, those lugs have a pretty distinct profile which is matched by the end link. Somebody would need to build a custom end link to make it work well. And that angular style is matched as far as I can tell, on all of the bracelet links.

This watch is a study in straight lines, and the Heritage bracelet isn't. I don't think any Omega bracelet is.

Big improvement overall I think. Only what - half a millimetre thicker than Smp now with double the water resistance? Looks good in this video:

Slimmer profile might suit smaller wrists.
Wow, they really sparkle in that video.

That orange bezel is brilliant.

This blue is beautiful. The sweetest of the three.

I always liked the orange on the PO. Looks like a very nice watch I guess people will always find something they don’t like. I gotta look back I didn’t see the lug to lug the only things that’s seems off is the polished center links but people were complaining about that on the mock up release I’m sure it’s something I’d get over quickly.

Saw them in the metal tonight. Very nice. My favourite was black on black on bracelet. That bracelet is special.

I think the design is terrible. Which is fine with me because I have no interest in buying anything new.

But the reason I don't need anything new is because today I picked up my 2531.80 Bond Seamaster from my Omega certified watchmaker. Fresh service, refinished case, new crowns, new hands, new dial, new bezel. Basically a new watch at a fraction of the price of a new Omega.

Interesting that most commentators have either hated it or hesitantly positive, with several of the hesitant turning more positive after the release.

I've never liked the skeleton hands or wavy dials of the Seamasters like the Bond Seamaster. But like you say @502 to right, that's fine because I have no interest in buying one. Life would be boring if we liked the same thing.

I was hesitantly positive and I remain hesitantly positive. I guess I am slightly more positive now, it does look better in the final pics than the leaks. I think it will grow on the people who hate it...

...except for the PCLs, which I still maintain is an obviously terrible decision, overall it is a pretty cool looking watch. If I was in the market for one, I'd have a watchmaker professionally brush the bracelet. But I will never be in the market for one because I still prefer the first gens.

The Liquidmetal LE remains the best PO of all time.

Great looking watch from what I have seen so far. I wonder if Omega will take the straighter, faceted lugs and more integrated bracelet and apply it to the next generation Seamaster Professional 300m, as that's due for an upgrade soon. Alternatively, Omega can just limit these design features to the Planet Ocean line to give it it's own distinct identity.

They better not. A revamped SMP is the only watch left on my Omega radar screen and if they match the PO Cybertruck look I'm out for good.

I think that the SMP has more legacy than the PO that Omega wouldn't want to mess with. So I hope these changes will be limited to the PO range.

And while I'm not at all happy with the PO, I'm actually happy other people are. The ceramic gen PO was never my thing due to size and thickness so it can remain not my thing and that's OK.

I saw them yesterday. I have to say, I was very non-plussed by them. The bracelet was not my arm hair's friend at all, either. Here are a few photos for you all. I avoided the orange as I knew I would never be interested in it, so sorry about that... 😁 I enjoyed the event, and gave my feedback regarding the watch. It's a mixed bag, but that's the beauty of watches - not everybody has to like everything a brand pushes out.

With all the orange teasers, I'm surprised they didn't sell it in this colorway:

This would give the watch a soul. Would be great 👍

I'd love to get one. What's holding me back is that my brother and my friend who owns the local watch shop both wear Ploprofs. I'll become a copycat fan boy if I start wearing one.

I would get a vintage just to mess with them 😂😉

That would be awesome.

With your photoshop skills, would you be willing and able to mock up the blue bezel black dial one—with brushed center links?

Thanks in any case—I’m dying to visualize that configuration.
