Ref 166.0209; about to pull trigger on my first Omega, should I??

Hey all!

I’m very close to purchasing this watch. I’ve done a decent amount of reading in general about vintage omegas and everything I’ve thought to look for checks out, however I’m not nearly confident enough in my own capabilities at this point. I can’t find an exact duplicate of this one seemingly anywhere online.

What looks off to you, if anything?
