Anything I should know about ceramic? Can't find a weight compariaon. Is it lighter or heavier than titanium? Better or worse for scratches? Thanks so much?

won't scratch (at all) like titanium, but will shatter if dropped. not sure on weight.

I would say a good deal heavier than titanium. And yes it is a fragile material being brittle, enough to put me off ever owning one tbh.

I know somebody that managed to crack their Rado case while on the wrist from somehow knocking it.

I tried on one with full ceramic. It wears big for its size. Problem with ceramic it the micro tear which is invisible to naked eye. If you hate scratches go for ceramic. But for me Il go for titanium on rubber/alligator strap.
