Nice 18k YG seamaster cal. 352 chronometre - dial is original and not a repaint (and pretty nice too) and case has some polish. And it has the coveted cal. 352 movement. If a steel one went for $1500 how much is this 18k example worth? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120992401158&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
Offers being taken which means they would settle for less - how much less we don't know but the top asking price is already reasonable.
If you love patina (i.e. Kyle) this one's for you: http://www.ebay.com/itm/RARE-VINTAG...893349530?pt=Wristwatches&hash=item2575fdae9aPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
Case has quite a bit of polish - depending on the price may still be worth considering since the dial is unique not just because of the patina but because of the style.
Not if enough buyers have concerns. For example, here is another fine looking watch, even looks a little aged, only in this case the seller states it is refinished,(BTW Swiss Made should not be there) http://www.ebay.com/itm/RARE-OMEGA-...095228355?pt=Wristwatches&hash=item3cca7d03c3Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network

here is the same reference 2383 from a Swedish auction next week. Interestingly it repeats the flaws mentioned int this thread - the lume overlap over into the subdial and the chapter ring misalignment (between 3 and 7). The lume is not as heavy, but evenly deteriorated. http://www.kaplans.se/Kaplans/AuctionArt.aspx?vId=865651&plT=1013473&AuktID=2365 Changes anyone's mind about originality?
You have to wait for them to load. Also, they use Silverlight for their images - perhaps their is a browser incompatibility? I'm using Chrome. Here's the link to the auction - maybe you can get it that way. It's lot 131 http://www.kaplans.se/Kaplans/AuctionGoods.aspx?AuktID=2365&bltplt=865651&plT=1013473
Unfortunately it is often not a simple innocent or guilty. You pays u money and u takes u chances. If I have concerns I chose not to pay. I would love to have either of those two watches, just not enough to take a chance. Does it sway me? Some, just not enough yet
IMO this is a nice one! http://www.ebay.com/itm/1955-Omega-...917860019?pt=Wristwatches&hash=item27cb7f92b3Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
