Case is polished, but these dials are quite attractive

🇬🇧 This Vintage Geneve Chronostop going no reserve tomorrow has a very scuffed up crystal but looks like it would clean up decently

Here's one that popped up for me. Best I can tell it is a beautiful pie-pan in pretty darn unmolested shape: https://www.ebay.com/itm/236558168170

I'm not smart enough on these to know if it is completely correct, but if it is,might be a nice add to a collection! I'd love to have it, but I am not going to be willing to spend as much as it'll go for without a date 😀
Hi, that dial doesn’t pass the MOY test and I expect it’s a redial.

Yikes, thanks! I'll delete it. Looked closer into the MOY test (not heard it called that before, just described here!) and see you're probably right.

I’m not definitive on it but I think it’s a redial. The seller describes the dial as “factory original..”.

I spent a while looking at it and thought it looked good, but I'm far from an expert, so I'll defer to your eyes.

🇺🇸 Vintage Seamaster De Ville Cal 563, some staining on the dial around 10-11 but overall I actually find it attractive enough that it likely wouldn't bother me much

I might, but there are some much worse to choose form too, people keep paying stupid money for Connies but its when they buy a C-Case that looks like this for $400, that's what really has me scratching my head.

You badmouthing the 944? A little bit of elbow grease, and that'll look good as new!
