No Date is my favorite. Would you relume the hands cristos71 or leave them how they are?

I am very fortunate in that my watchmaker is something of a magician, he has previously managed to repair for me a hand missing some lume. The repair is invisible. Although I must add that the missing area was slightly smaller that here. So I'd first run it by him.
I think if he couldn't repair it then I'd relume it, I'd be confident of a good colour match here I think. I love originality but that missing bit would annoy me too much.

I would relume the hands in this particular instance. The remaining old lume might foul the movement when it falls out. Lume is pretty much a wear item in my book and I see no harm in replacing it if the color can match the dial's lume. Of course, original and completely intact is better.

Pics taken with a flash so they will look like that no matter how old they are. Judging by the condition of the rest of the watch I think it's a good bet the watch has all its original parts

is this original dial and hands...they look really white?

If I were in the market for this watch, this is one I would go for. It is as good a transitional as I've seen for sale in some time - bracelet alone is worth over $500.
