1080 is quite a good price for a 168.010 in that condition, the point is not helping people find arbitrage opportunities though it’s about finding people good examples of watches to own and wear.

It's not to find arbitrage opportunities, but to protect those who are naive about ebay's bids/pricing, from falling prey to predatory pricing. I feel it is aligned with your intentions of helping people find the good watches from the bad.

When I was looking for a Reverso, I built an Excel spreadsheet (Google sheets, actually) and watched the market for over a year. I scoured auction sites, had my spreadsheet calculate currency conversions, add buyer premiums, and shipping. It wasn't that hard to graph prices over time for the couple of models I was interested in. When I felt like I had enough data points, one came into the window, I knew what to bid, and now it looks great on my wrist.

If a member got this one - I would be interested in knowing how the case back looks in the flesh. It appears to have some gouges from someone opening it improperly. This seller's photos seem to wash out some condition issues at times. The last SW they sold a few weeks back had a personalized inscription that was not apparent in the auction photos.
