Cosmic on BoR with one of the coolest dial options these had, starburst black with retro-tech font indices. Has a bit of a Blade Runner feel to it. Small imperfection on the lower left of the dial but still well worth if it stays fairly cheap.

This one goes off today, $337 atm

15 hours to go on this cheap little Cal 613 Geneve, nice example, currently $131, don’t overpay but they’re a solid first watch for sure and a great gift too.

I got this at $350 on a second offer. According to the seller, the original purchaser returned it because it gained two minutes in 24 hours. I see this as a chance to learn more than I have on a single watch lately; rank amateur that I am, I also have a Timex with 100 movement in pieces, and my usual is to replace batteries. Was it too much to pay for this learning opportunity? Time will tell. I will open it up and post some photos when I receive it. Much appreciation for the discussion here that led to this purchase, and I will pay back as I am capable.

I had one of these, bought new in 1972. Quite a thing to have on your wrist. Sold it decades later, and that has financed my current Omega collection. Its a beautiful watch.

4 hours left on this one, still $360

I made an offer of $425 when you first posted this. The seller countered with $500, which I was going to accept, but someone had bid in the 15 minutes between the seller sending me the offer and me going to accept it, so the offer was no longer valid. Up to the last hours of the auction, I thought I might be able to win it this watch for closer to my original offer amount. It ended at $611 without me contributing any additional bids, and now the seller’s offer price is sounding pretty good (especially with the bracelet), and I’m slightly disappointed that I missed it. Oh well, I’m trying to thin out the collection anyways.

Beautiful. But what is up with the caseback on this one?
Could be residue of the purple snot from new that was never cleaned out, sometimes it looks like this

This is a quartz chronograph but its a Seamaster Polaris LE Albertville Barcelona Olympic edition that is still clean enough to not have wear on the Olympic logos on the endlinks which is nice. These actually sell for far more money than you would expect so getting a chance to find one going no reserve isn’t common.

$875 in the wash up. I missed out, really should resubscribe to gixen
Yea I’d still just use ebay and not those, they’re a big risk when you’re entering your ebay account details into any third party site like that, I just set an alarm and queue up my max on ebay itself and bid really close to the end.

UK Watch, excellent condition Constellation 168.004 hidden crown in steel, serviced four years ago and given the seller is a watchmaker and member here I wouldn’t doubt him that the movement is in good shape. It won’t go cheap but whoever buys it will be very happy with it.

Also a UK based C-Case just listed, needs a crystal but quite decent overall.

Just over an hour left on this one but not cheap at this point, great example though

This really nice hidden crown in the UK goes off in 6 hours, still reasonable for the condition which is very clean.
