Wow… yea I hadn’t picked that, even the 18K Chronometer Geneves don’t hit those numbers. It’s cool but there are some other racing oriented models that are similarly cool in cheap watches as well. Guess I’ll keep an eye on them in the future.

Yes, but how much would you offer? Even £1,000 would be a lot for a watch in this condition given the somewhat undesirable patina, and it looks very well polished from the one picture of the case back. Im also suspicious of the number of pictures all from the same angle.

He’s asking £1475 but wouldn’t a reasonable price be considered an unreasonable offer? I’d be reluctant to make an offer for fear he’d be insulted. That said I am a Brit and therefore rather unwilling to do anything in life (or business) that might offend.

This is on a BIN in the UK for £420. No movement shots. Polished but still in reasonable shape. I don’t know if there are obvious red flags but thought I’d alert OF members to it in case it’s a decent offer. The seller doesn’t specialise in watches but has a good recommendation and will take offers on this.
