24,4xx serial suggests it’s either a replaced case back or a replaced movement ( more likely the former).

Nice example of an underrated Speedy, if it were in a Moonwatch case it would cost a mint but in the TV case its an affordable piece with a cool 70s vibe and nice condition overall.

I always tend to like these, the US Steel logo doesn’t really hurt the watch to me like Sadam’s face or the Dominos logo does and they tend to be kept quite well as the owners were typically old and retiring when they were given them. The story combined with a nice elegant design with relatively decent WR for the era makes it worth following:

A partnership between Rolex and Domino’s might not be all bad. For one thing, you could get your Rolex in 30 minutes or less instead of having to wait years. 🙄
