Well spotted! I've read through them and the seller seems to like selling some non-runners as working perfectly Buyer beware!

Posted yesterday on the German local eBay platform … seems to be a honest package from the mid 80's: https://www.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de/s...aster-referenz-nr-145-022/1187590276-156-4901 Any thoughts?
No movement photos and when requested they stated they didn’t have any. However, they managed to get a photo of the inside of the case back?
Oh okay. I think it'll be just fine, the Japanese sellers are normally upfront will flaws etc. and will often describe their watches very conservatively.
If you seek comments and opinions on a watch please post a new thread. Just in case you may be unsure how to post pictures from eBay; right click on the image you want, select copy image address and on OF select the icon at the top of the reply box that looks like a landscape picture. You can copy and paste description wording and post it here, too. There is really no need to use a link in a query post. Unless you want more competition of course...
Could be a good deal, but no movement or inside case pics. "WATCHCO" type Seamaster 300. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Genuine-OM...EAAOSwEkJdZsT6&LH_BIN=1&LH_ItemCondition=3000Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
Not sure how good of a deal this will be once it’s all said and done, the price keeps rising. But this is the first mark ii that I’ve seen so far that comes with box and papers. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1969-Omega...rentrq:171d76c216d0a9e3ae803c36ffbaafe2|iid:1Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
A 1950's/1960's box and a blank warranty card doesn't really count as box and papers for a 1970's watch. With all those bids in such a short space of time to such a level for an average condition watch, and with a high bidder who has 61 bid retractions in the last six months, it looks more like 'buyer beware' to me.
He's repeatedly selling broken watches from Mexico and the buyers still keep mailing off their dough.
