I didn't see the receipt in the original advert. It may have been a general description and not have identified the particular watch for sale, but with that receipt and an extract showing it was delivered to the NAAFI it would certainly make it more desirable.
The receipt has the serial and is dated. I agree that NAAFI delivered makes it a little more interesting* but I think the receipt already shows this beyond doubt, assuming the watch serial actually matches. Not sure the extract adds £100 worth of value here.

A rubbish photo and unfashionable shape but I quite like this. I believe it's a 131.022 with 601 manual movement, the dial condition looks fine which bodes well for the insides, and you might be able to get a fair bit off the advertised £195. A quality Omega for less than the price of some "decent" [ptoo!] quartz watches. What's not to like!
