This looks like a quite nice 145.022 -71 if I'm not mistaken.
Not a bad price, I think? It's not watched by anyone, and you can make them an offer..

I just noticed the S on Speedmaster is indeed correct for a 96..
I was using the moonwatch only app for identification, but took a wrong turn at the question whether it was a stepped dial.
I'll edit my post 馃

A very unusual 1970's Ref. 168.0065, non-pie pan dial:

Compare to the example found in this essay by @mondodec:

Good luck with the bidding!

Here is a really nice, serviced, trench Omega with 24-hour enamel dial and nickeloid case. Very similar (except for dial markings) to the Signal Corp USA Omega.

I don't love the case but the dial furniture is what makes this one so interesting and appealing

Wow really? That looks like, as we used to say, a face made for radio... ..

Still that鈥檚 the joy of this hobby and Forum - something for everyone!

Recommending this one for the dial only as a potential project/dial upgrade for the Connie fans over the pond. Don't believe the seller regarding the condition of the case and the movement doesn't look all too good either.....but the lovely hobnail dial is in excellent shape. I'd be having a crack at this one if it was located closer to me

I expect a few people will turn up their noses at "just a Geneve", but I think this is a great little watch. Cal. 552, a Seamaster in all but the name on the dial, superb original condition and room to negotiate on the price. That crown looks fine to me. If credible proof of service is provided, a good buy for someone.

I'm assuming watch boxes are allowed in this thread. If not, please just delete.

I guess anyone looking might have seen these already, but just in case, two watch boxes for vintage Olympic editions popped up on eBay. Watches not included.

Box for 1956 Olympic Seamaster

Box for 1968 Olympic Chronostop

Be careful:

The olympic box is missing its interior (watch holder) and seems to have a broken hinge spring as the lid does not stand open by itself - in one of the photos you can see part of the fingers to assist to keep it open for taking the photo...

Do you mean both or just the 1956? That's a good catch as I had not noticed.
