What your issue with gold-capped?
Look like a nice watch. I have the exact same one. Only issue I see is with the crown and that's par for the course with these.

Kind of straddling the line between vintage and modern but here's a supposedly unused 1450/808 no reserve auction:

Nice honest looking watch with attractive patina, IMO. No movt shot but a good price, and negotiable. No affiliation with the seller.

Even though the wear and overall look match the rest of the watch, I'm calling "replaced handset" on that one. They seem too short as minute and seconds hand should reach the outer track.
Is the Seamaster font correct...Ive seen this font before a few times but mostly the hanger capital S and 3 bumped m...any thoughts?
Thank you I will! I have this one which Im trying to research...is it wrong and if so why.. it is radioactive...i got the smart geiger app and counter...
No serial number as the bridge has been replaced but it is a 342 cal...so maybe 1950"s? Comments...I just love the look of it.
Congrats on a good looking vintage Seamaster - this, however, is a thread for posting vintage watches that you've found for sale online, which you'd recommend to other members, not for showing your own watches or getting advice. Have a look around the "Vintage Omega Watches" subforum and find a more suitable place to post yours and ask for advice 馃榾
Globemaster connie with textured dial? If it wasn't gold cap I'd be all over this.

I followed the auction to the end. Went for $1805, which is out my budget. Somebody here got it? If so, congrats!
Bid $1830 a split second too late. what a bummer.

If it makes you feel any better, nobody knows what the winner's max bid was but you'd probably still have been too low. Welcome to the forum btw!
