No, it's correct - it's a very early font from the 50's, before the angular coat hanger became ubiquitous. Note that the G in OMEGA can also be different. I've observed this particular font on a number of examples, mostly guilloche dials in this particular case reference. Here's a few examples I've collated (others photos attributed to hoipolloi, MSNWatch and tomvox1 if I recall correctly):

Yes you're right. It is featured on a 2520, p277 on "Voyage à travers le temps".

Doesn't look like a shill buyer - only 6% with that seller. Perhaps the seller would offer an explanation, if asked.

    Hi John
    I don't think so. These
67 145.012 exhibit this trait of thick lume.
and it's not all of them.
Any other year I would be immediately suspicious.
Look at the rest of the watch, it screams original.

The lume on the one you sold was thick, but exactly correct for that Ref. Speedmaster.
I also have a 67 that has the same thick lume

    Thanks pitpro
Thinking out loud because I was thinking that the raised hr plots look off? I guess if taken as a whole, the other bits do look fine, so the dial may be okay

Guess I'll have to take another look cause I didn't like the way those plots look, at 3o'clock to 9....
