·You can see where it has been rubbing the inside of the case back and there are also signs of this rubbing on the rotor itself. It might be an historical issue that has been sorted out but unless there is some paperwork to prove tthat it has, you should always assume that it hasn't.
I went back and looked at the pictures again and was able to pick up the wear marks in the case back and in the movement below the rotor. Good stuff.
