This one will be very interesting to watch, an Omega Canopus Gold Speedmaster Pro Cal 3861 which retails for $54,000 going no reserve. Fairly certain its the first time one of these has been tested on ebay.

Finished at $23.6k. Curious to see if that dealer honors the final price or if it gets relisted.

It’s not really out of line with what used gold models go for, there’s a fairly large drop from MSRP on average still

Agree. Got my white gold AT for 50% msrp and was advised (by the Omega guru at WatchBox/Govberg) never to pay more than that for a precious metal Omega. They just don’t hold or gain value the way Rolex models do. Of course there are exceptions—and I might have guessed that this would be one of them. But apparently not.

That’s still a hot hell of a watch for that price 😀

Not perfect but decent shape Seamaster 200M in two-tone with box and papers going no reserve which is a lot less common than most people would expect, some scratches on the side of the case but a watchmaker can sort that out when servicing

15 mins left on this currently at $2100, hope someone here gets it

Even though this sold already, it might be worth adding that Omega will service these Military issued X-33s for free. At $1000 per service, that represents a significant value.

Why does Omega do that just for this particular reference?
