I'll answer your question, but please understand that this is in the wrong thread. If you have a question on a particular watch, please open up a new thread for comments.

This watch looks to have had an older redial job done many years ago. You did not include a picture of the inside of the caseback, which would identify the model number and whether the case was commissioned by Longines.

I would not buy it.

Thank you. I did go through the treads and have read the guidelines, but still finds where to do what a little confusing. Very sorry.

this promotional post violates the rules of the forum. The only way you’re allowed to sell here or to post your own Ebay auction is in the Watch sales forum, if you have contributed 200 meaningful posts and if you set a fixed price.
Ok, I will remove the post, Thank you

Any risk-takers out there? Only 32mm, but these small "tre tacche" models are of interest to some collectors.

Hungary is not where I usually look for watches, and this is so clean that I was initially suspicious. The same seller has a mix of other listings, most are good, but one is a re-dialed Tissot that is not disclosed. After looking quite carefully at this watch, and comparing with other examples, it looks legit for me, so I decided to post it here. Still, I welcome comments if people feel I've recommended this in error.

Looks very nice.
But after the Brexit, I should add 205 pounds to the asking price to buy this 🙁
Make a 300gbp discount offer and maybe still ok 👍

Thank you,
I've managed to buy it for 525 , it's not perfect but i like it ...

Way to go!
That's the original scallop crown I believe. Impossible to source.
Most have lost their scallop crown over the years.
There might be a 3 or 4 digit number on one of the lugs
that matches a serial on the movement(or is it the case back number, can't remember),
if these are like the Power Reserve.

I wouldn't have thought that the seller would accept such a discount. Good haggling and congrats!

what a blob that is @Spinakerr .... perhaps should've started a separate thread ? If you can delete it....anxiety levels would reduce 😀

Lots of problems with the flat-bezel piece. For a start, the movement serial number (7'516'4x1) dates to circa 1949 whereas the order number (21'934) dates to the early 1940s. I suspect that the movement and case do not belong together, i.e. it's a franken. Beyond that, the crown is incorrect, blued hour hand is incorrect, and I am suspicious of the dial too. The signature does not look quite right, to me, but I am not certain. All in all, I would certainly not recommend this piece. As for the cushion-case example, I notice that it also has blued hands. Maybe both watches were created by the same "creative" person?
