I think that the hands on the eBay example maybe have been incorrectly replaced. https://www.ricardo.ch/usability/ch/viewitem.aspx?articlenr=757481852&rewrite=0 http://www.kaplans.se/en/auktioner/1652/vara/454056 https://www.bonhams.com/auctions/18919/lot/205/ One is toss-up, two is a trend and three is a standard. Unless you know where to source these hands, I'd stay away. gatorcpa
The other difference I can tell is that in my example, the lume is still present/has been relumed. Is there some other tell that I'm missing?
No, you got it. It could be that the excess (re)lume might be able to be removed and redone properly. In other words, you could get lucky! gatorcpa

I have one of these. Don't think it's a redial. Former member here sold one on ebay for like $3300 a year ago head only. This is, of course, the elusive Power Reserve Conquest circa 1959. Beautiful piece, price is ambitious. Here's mine
Agreed; especially considering most of the enamel has worn off of the case-back! Can we see your case-back?!
Oh, no worries, just when you have a chance! A Conquest with intact fish medallion is at the very top of my wish-list... ...if the medallion were better on the Chrono24 one above, I would have already put in an offer... love the PR feature, too!
I know it's a 13ZN but is it really worth this much money? $26k with 3 days left? http://www.ebay.com/itm/RARE-1940s-...id=100005&rk=2&rkt=6&mehot=pp&sd=231652077253Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
That sure did knock a hole in $42,000. http://www.ebay.com/itm/252056446982?ssPageName=STRK:MESINDXX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1436.l2649Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
Here's another 13ZN from Argentina, this time in 18K YG. Worn dial, but still quite nice... http://www.ebay.com/itm/Longines-Flyback-chronograph-mens-wristwatch-18K-solid-gold-case-34-mm-cal-13ZN/231552457991?_trksid=p2047675.c100011.m1850&_trkparms=aid=222007&algo=SIC.MBE&ao=1&asc=33098&meid=551166c564ee46149086982d611c539b&pid=100011&rk=5&rkt=10&sd=252056446982 I know almost nothing about these, but I DO know this one is just slightly more affordable! Perhaps because its not the original case? I only say this, because I've heard that they do that a lot in South America... Authenticity comments on this one?
The dial is an obvious and poor redial and that's a huge detractor from value. When it comes to 13zn's, the dial can be up to 70% of the value. Also the hands are incorrect. Probably a franken watch, though I can't completely rule out the case.
What about this one? http://www.ebay.com/itm/221863705963?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:ITPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
