I just went over this one again, and it’s all there. Nobody? I’ll wait another 24 hours before I include any clues. I humbly reply. The credit goes to @JimInOz who posted a one picture answer to a rebus by @M’Bob. But he didn’t name the individual in the picture who is Canadian actor Leslie Nielsen. Brother to Erik Nielsen who was a member of the Canadian parliament, a cabinet minister, and deputy prime minister in the late 1980s. So the star goes to @JimInOz.
