Ah yes, very tricky.

The truck towing the car is the tower, so that negated the last three clues for me, but now it's blindingly obvious.
Good one.

Thank you sir! A couple rebus ago I got stuck on Ed O'Neil and couldn't get anywhere. When the solve was his character Al, this one just popped off the page when I tried Al here.
