@Charlemagne1333 aced it! Pia Zadora is indeed the subject of the rebus. And I suffered the vanity of thinking this one might provide a challenge! Fool that I am, I keep trying!

 

We’ll done @Charlemagne1333! I’ll still brew my coffee extra strong this morning though, that one had me stumped.
