OK. When I just post a picture answer I like our crew to go "how did he get that?", and then they start putting it together.

The proper answer (in words) should have been "Hagia Sophia", a church with a convoluted history located in Istanbul.

So, now you can tell me how I got the clues.

Thank you @fJimInOz . Now that you explain your image, how you arrived at the conclusion makes perfect sense.

Bouillabaise or bolognese is all that I can come up with, but the second b in bouillabaise is not in the clues nor is the gn from bolognese - so I think I've given up.

Ohh... the old accent problem. We pronounce it bolon yaze, but that probably varies person to person given that it's not an english word.
