While we're on a theme, a real easy one.

Boo Hoo! I just got up, and never had a chance! 🙁 Might not have got it anyway. A good rebus, and good solve.

OK, give me a chance to cook one up just for you.

There will be a caveat to all players.........."For @Canuck Eyes Only".

(sorry, just finished watching a Bond movie)

PS: If anyone else wants to have a guess then just PM me, but no hints for Doug, he has to sort this one out.

PLATE, FINISHED, EATEN

I suppose many of you are sitting there, grinning like a Cheshire Cat, having figgered this one out, while I struggle with it!

You have all the clues, you only need part of the words and one should be in past tense.

and you're looking for a neighbour to the west.

I've updated the clues to show separation between words (or initials).

I surmised the B(ritish) C(olumbia) part, (the bee, Middle C) to be our neighbour to the west. I’ll have to take another look at it.

Let’s try this:

Lily = LIL
You = OO
Ate = ET
Bee= B
Middle C = C

Otherwise, Lillooet, B C

(Dam you! 😉)

Did anyone else draw this conclusion?

I was miles off.
I had the B C part, but didn’t even consider British Columbia.

Well done!

I figured since the rebus was designed to humiliate 😀)) me, a Canadian, there had to be a Canadian context. Hence my assumption that the BEE, and middle C, was likely the abbreviation for British Columbia. I drew that conclusion shortly after I discovered the rebus. But sorting through all the other litter made the task tantamount to looking for a needle in a haystack! I still don’t know if my answer was correct, so let’s wait and see.

Not meant to humiliate mate, just to let you get one before all of the other seagulls swooped on the chips.
If I'd given you an easy one that would be humiliating.

I therefore award you.....
