Wikipedia tells us 'She is the first and youngest woman to have flown in space' https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valentina_Tereshkova - so that answers that.

This is a very educational topic.

The clue you are questioning shows a family with the “youngest” circled. Tereshkova was the first and youngest female to solo on a mission to orbit the earth. June 16th (today) is the 58th anniversary of her flight! 😀
