Just when I classified that one as TOUGH, @Charlemagne1333 comes along and shows us it wasn’t tough at all!

I tried to make it more challenging, but I am impressed - nailed each clue.

Try this. An historical event. The first clue is the person involved. Any other familiar faces are to be used only for clues.

Work on:

-Harrison Ford
-Train
-East
-fence posts (how many?)

If you know who she is, and what she did, I am astonished that you haven’t nailed it. The anniversary is actually on June 16th.

You’re half way there. MORE than half way!

-Harrison Ford = Solo / mission
-Train = terrain ?
-fence posts (how many?) = Vostov 6 ?

The envelope please! The Oscar goes to @TasMike for the complete answer. And to everyone one else who posted bits and pieces of the whole story.

@JimInOz

The clue you are questioning shows a family with the “youngest” circled. Tereshkova was the first and youngest female to solo on a mission to orbit the earth. June 16th (today) is the 58th anniversary of her flight! 😀

Train/terrain was meant to imply “aboard”, as might have been announced by the conductor.
