@Charlemagne1333 , You got it! In 2012, we were in Venice, in a gondola, with several others from our tour. From some distance away, I heard a gondolier singing Volare. I asked the folks in our gondola if anyone could name the vocalist that popularized the song. Nobody knew. I told them it was Domenico Modugno, and got a hearty “thumbs up” from our gondolier.
