Seems this one was never answered completely.
Clue 1- FLY
Clue 2- Dead battery, or LOW
Clue 3-orb with bottom half in shadow, SHINY SIDE
Clue 4- Arrow, UP
Fly low and keep the shiny side up. An admonition against DUI on New Year’s Eve. I thought for sure someone would nail it!

·I don’t expect many to get this one. But some with a special ability shouldn’t have a problem with it. (Think ASL.) Several hours later, I add that ASL is an acronym for American Sign Language. Somebody? Anybody? Put your thinking caps on.
