Do you mean it’s fake?
In a way, "yes". Not mentioning the bezel is missing. If you want to learn about the buckle, here the link https://omegaforums.net/threads/about-omega-buckles.37347/

The seller's photos are heavily edited so that may account for the bad picture. I would like to see the OPs movement in a decent photo when they get it.
The markings on a movement are done by an automatic pantograph engraving machine. Sometimes a stylus may become worn or loose in a collet and produce less that satisfactory markings, but I can't see any evidence of frehand engraving.
Sometimes these lesss than satisfactory examples slip through the QA net, but not too often.

Hi. Here are the photos I took. Would you say it's not worth keeping and servicing, considering I paid almost 400€? Is it overpriced, as it's been stated? There's also a video that shows how the mechanism stops. Thanks!
What are your concerns exactly? I don't think anyone in this thread made any plausible points that would lead you to return it. Paying for a service is another question altogether. That's a sizable expense for a watch like this, and maybe you should live with it for a few months before deciding.
Have you wound it fully until you can't turn the crown anymore?
