·Not a Ranchero case and dial is repainted, so no nothing is a Ranchero

·Definitely a re-painted dial. If you look at the "o" at the end of "Ranchero" it has the extra little serif. Not to mention, the index markers are the wrong style for a white dial variety. You can look up my "Ranchero re-dials 101" thread for more info.
