Vintage Omega De Ville: Suspicious Dial? Help Needed

The 2 things that stood out to me:

No minute markers
No sign of "swiss made" print on the bottom

What do you guys think about the authenticity of this? Could it be a botched re-dial job or are these things possible in an untouched dial?

Looks like a redial, but a pretty decent job overall. Probably would fool 90% of the general public.
