·I knew what it was before even before scrolling down.
This is a counterfeit watch from the 1970s. Extremely common here and on ebay.
It is not an Omega and there is absolutely no gold content.

Known in Europe as "autobahn gold" as they were often hawked at petrol station rest stops on the highway.
